The municipal flag at Renfrew Town Hall has been lowered to half-mast to honour the late Brian Mulroney who served as the 18th Prime Minister of Canada from 1984 to 1993. As per the Town of Renfrew Corporate Flag Policy, flags on municipal buildings will be flown at half-mast from now until sunset on the day of the funeral (date to be determined) of the late Right Honourable Martin Brian Mulroney, who passed away on February 29th, 2024.
