Fall Hydrant Flushing begins this week. Areas to be completed generally include Munroe Ave. W., Queen St. N., Lisgar Ave., Vimy Blvd., Dufferin St., Mary Ave., Ma-te-way Park Drive and surrounding Streets.

Flushing is part of a routine maintenance program that is necessary to maintain the integrity of the water system.

Water users in the flushing area may notice brownish sediment in the water, when brown water is present let a COLD WATER tap run for a short period of time until clear water returns. Please DO NOT use your hot water until you have clear water again.
