The Town of Renfrew regularly seeks competitive tender bids, quotes and Request For Proposals (RFP) for various services and products. Complete tender documents are available from Town Office with registration of contractors or suppliers of products or services. Section 10 of the Town of Renfrew Procurement Policy permits cooperative purchasing when in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Renfrew intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS) between June 2023 to June 2024. Tender No. 2024-14-DEI - Rehabilitation of Dominion & Lynn Street
The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, is seeking bids for the Rehabilitation of Dominion & Lynn Street including the replacement of storm and sanitary sewer and water main, excavation and grading, curbs, sidewalks and road works and any other work included in the contract drawings for the Development, Environment & Infrastructure Department.
If you wish to register to submit a tender and receive the tender documents, they must be obtained digitally from the Town of Renfrew, by emailing Ashley Robertson, Purchasing Assistant, arobertson@renfrew.ca after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 12th, 2024. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents and drawings may be retrieved.

The Corporation of the Town of Renfrew (the “Town”) is seeking an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) from qualified parties wanting to enter into a naming rights agreement within the redeveloped myFM Centre.
