Presenting to Council

Individuals or groups can request a deputation (delegation or presentation) to the Council at a regular Council or Council Briefing meeting.

Requests for a deputation are made by completing the Delegation to Council Form and returning the completed form to the Clerk's Department by the Wednesday prior to the Council Meeting and delegations are subject to the discretion of the Clerk.

Regular Council is held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Council Chambers.
