Volunteer Firefighters Recruitment for Town of Renfrew

Do you have what it takes to be a Volunteer Firefighter?

The Renfrew Fire Department is dedicated to reducing loss of life and property due to fires and emergencies in our community. Through education, prevention, training, suppression activities and by providing emergency aid and rescue services, we work together to accomplish our mission.

Volunteer firefighting is a truly rewarding way to give back to the community and we are currently recruiting. If you are interested and available for these exciting and rewarding opportunities, live or work with in Renfrew and are able to provide an effective turnout to a Fire Station (will be validated), please consider applying.

Go to the Employment Opportunities section the Town of Renfrew Website. There you will also find a description of the qualifications and skill desired for our Volunteer Firefighters. If you are interested in applying you will also find an application which can be downloaded and printed. You must fill out the application and submit it, along with your resume, to Town hall marked “Confidential attention Fire Chief” before noon Friday April 16th, 2021.
