Community partners can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to support their initiatives. To qualify for a grant, applicants must be a not-for-profit organization operating in the Town of Renfrew, outline how their organization meets a need in the community, provide financial statements and annual project budgets, and demonstrate financial need for funding.

Community partner grants can be provided in the following categories:

  • Fee Waiver/Facility Use
  • One Time Capital Projects
  • Organization Support/Operating Grant
  • Programming/Special Event
  • Sponsorship

Applicants will be evaluated for approval by a review team comprised of the Mayor, members of Council, the CAO, Treasurer, and Director of Recreation and Community Services.
